Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of this site, which is operated by Datum Investment Solutions, LLC. Using it means you accept them. If you do not, do not use it.

What this site is

A marketplace of investment property, with an analysis published beside each listing. Nothing on it is an offer. A listing is an invitation to enquire; a property is not yours until there is a signed contract, and listings are subject to prior sale, change or withdrawal at any time without notice.

Your account

Keep your password to yourself, and tell us promptly if you think somebody else has it. You are responsible for what is done through your account. Give us accurate details, and keep them current — an address we cannot reach you at is a contract we cannot complete.

We may suspend or close an account that is used to break these terms.

What you may not do

• Scrape, crawl, harvest or bulk-download listings, photographs or figures, whether by hand or by any automated means.
• Try to get at property addresses, exact locations or photographs that have been withheld, or at anybody else's account or data.
• Interfere with the site, probe it for weaknesses, or put load on it beyond ordinary use.
• Copy, resell or republish what is on it.
• Use it to break any law, or for anything to do with a property that discriminates against anybody. See our Fair Housing statement.

Finding and telling us about a genuine security weakness is welcome, and is not a breach of these terms. Write to us before you publish anything.

The figures

Every financial figure on this site is an estimate, produced from assumptions. They are illustrations, not forecasts, guarantees or promises, and actual results will differ. Property information comes from third parties and public records: it is believed reliable but is not guaranteed, and it is for you to verify anything you are going to rely on. Nothing here is investment, legal, tax or accounting advice, and nothing here is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any security or interest in real property.

What belongs to whom

The site, its software, its text and its design belong to Datum Investment Solutions, LLC. You may read them. You may not copy them.

Anything you post in the community stays yours; by posting it you give us permission to display it on the site.

Other people's sites

Where we link elsewhere, we are not responsible for what is there.

No warranty

The site is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, free of error, or that any figure on it is accurate. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Datum Investment Solutions, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost profits or lost opportunity, arising out of your use of this site. Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Where this is decided

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts of that state have jurisdiction.

Changes

We may change these terms. The date at the foot of this page is when they last changed, and continuing to use the site is how you accept them.
